North Carolina Home Inspectors Screwed by Traitors at NC-ASHI and NCLHIA
SB1007 HR979 Amend Home Inspector Licensure Law
Let me put to rest rumors spread by NC-ASHI and NCLHIA to promote their SB1007-H979 agenda. I am NOT a spokesperson for Inter-NACHI I do not speak for Inter-NACHI or anyone but myself. I make no apology for anything I have written, (a whore is a whore) or for being a home inspector and homebuyer advocate!
How are these organizations screwing the public and home inspectors? They did not include or inform their members, that's you, that they were developing legislation with realtors and home builders that seriously affects your business and income.
Fred Herndon NCLHIA and Bruce Rudd NC-ASHI continually focus on the benefits of SB1007-HR979 for the pre licensing education. I guess they believe if they say it long enough YOU will believe it. Fred Herndon must really think you home inspectors are dummies! I understand they are putting a webinar to promote their agenda. This raises the question, since both NC-ASHI and NCLHIA are FLAT BROKE - where are they getting the money to fund this?
Fred Herndon puts himself forth as the only holder of truth and everyone else just doesn't get it. The facts, particularly as outlined in Bruce Rudd's report on SB1007 to the NC-ASHI Board of Directors and other information available on my web site clearly indicate that Fred is not being forthright and by not standing up to the realtor and homebuilders is also a coward. Fred sounds like a child that keeps telling his father, "But you don't understand' Fred we understand and we reject your self-serving sellout!
Do you want cowards, liars and whores in charge of an organization that is supposed to represent your interests as home inspectors? Do you really to be a member of NCLHIA? Besides a good screwing what do you receive, a lighthouse logo, coffee clutch meetings once a month and second rate overcrowded continuing education.
Fred and Bruce want existing inspectors, that's you to take 48 hours of post licensing education, which they clearly state they will provide, at an average cost of $22.00 per credit hour they stand to make well over one million dollars in the next three years. They get the gold mine and inspectors and the public get the shaft!
By selling out the inspectors and public and deliberately misleading, that is leaving out important negative aspects of their SB1007 to gain an unfair advantage NC-ASHI and NCLHIA practice:
Translation they are FRAUDS!
For 7 + years I taught many of you and I know you are smart and not easily fooled! I say do not pay your dues or take your Continuing Education with NCLHIA and resign in protest!
You need to contact the sponsors and committee chairperson at the NC House by telephone and email now! The realtors and home builders are lobbying furiously to get this to committee and SB1007 may come before the committee any day - Do not delay!
Don't take my word for it do your own homework and read the facts - then make your decision.
